About Us

Deforestation is taking away our oxygen, pollution is burning the planet, and climate change is destroying us. We are destroying ourselves. All of the factors that have contributed and are currently continuing to contribute to cli mate change have been caused by humans like ourselves. Thus, if we are to solve climate change we must change our course of action. What better way than to ride the wave of modernization to clash with the root causes of climate change? Three high school students, Ceiron Dushyanthan, Ethan Wang, and Alan Joseph have teamed up together to create the future of the environmental front with the Green Hand Project. The team believes in the power of individuality so that the people of the earth can work together on the issue of climate change locally. Efforts can be made more accessible while inspiring changes on a microcosmic level of society. The change will never happen immediately but it is important that we build the foundation.

Community

It is so easy to fall into a pattern of apathy as we go through our lives. Our organization was also born out of a commitment to stop passing over the real issues of society, and deal with them head-on. The problems of the world are ever-growing, so we as a community must strengthen them as well. The Green Hand is here to help, and we believe that change is possible when we put our hearts and minds into it.
